About G-Force Capital

G-Force Capital joins IT forces in the North
Most start-ups face the same challenges. How do I translate my idea to a market-ready product or service? How can I finance this? How do I create a solid foundation for my company to enable it to grow? This is no different for IT start-ups. G-Force Capital professionally joins forces in Groningen to give promising IT companies a tremendous boost.

G-Force Capital is committed to continuity and return
G-Force Capital is active in Groningen: a dynamic environment in which IT start-ups are part of everyday life. Experienced IT entrepreneur from Groningen Niek Huizenga is the fund’s knowledgeable fund manager, who always involves experienced entrepreneurs as co-investors.

G-Force Capital has an extensive and high-quality local, regional and international network with plenty of opportunities for access, cooperation and exit in the future. The focus is on continuity and return for the participating interest as well as for G-Force Capital itself.

Who is G-Force Capital’s target group?
G-Force Capital is intended for smart, goal-oriented and passionate (budding) entrepreneurs. The fund is always looking for emerging companies and start-ups with a well thought-out IT proposition who wish to locate or are located in the province of Groningen and who need (pre) seed capital. Student entrepreneurs and spin-offs or spin-outs of existing IT companies often come up with good concepts that can flourish with additional investment. Within the own portfolio, second-round investments are also possible. G-Force Capital involves co-investors, provided they add value, and is looking for additional fund capital to enlarge its fund capital in the first two years. Are you interested? Then please contact Niek Huizenga.

How does G-Force Capital invest?
A G-Force investment amounts to approx. €100k (with the option to invest in a next round, if any). G-Force invests on the basis of equity or in the form of a convertible loan. G-Force invests in committed teams (technical and commercial founder), distinctive products and business cases with international potential. Contact Niek Huizenga for more information.
